A Day of Luxury at The Landing
Luxury Home Magazine and Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Real Estate teamed up for a celebratory event at St. John’s Yacht Harbor this month. The Landing at St. Johns will be a 54-unit condominium complex, with the first building projected to be completed by October of 2020. Boat slips are also for sale, and community amenities include electric car charging outlets, a salt water pool with limestone deck, a nature pavilion with fireplace, fitness center, and ‘Captain’s Retreat’ owner’s lounge, to name a few. Sounds like paradise, right?
The weather was perfect for interested home buyers and local sponsors to come together to learn more about the new luxury complex. We toured a model unit, complete with 10-foot ceilings, reclaimed hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, quartz counter tops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and a freestanding soaking tub and Cararra marble tile in the bathrooms. Can we just say, #homegoals. Not to mention the location and marina provide unparalleled views of the Stono River and Tidal Marsh, with bustling boaters and a breezy beach-like atmosphere.
Adding to the ambiance, guests enjoyed live jazz music by Todd Beals, wood fired pizza by First Name Basis, and fresh gelato by Oh So Gelato. We “oohed” and “aahed” at the new Lamborghini Urus and Haracan courtesy of Lamborghini Charlotte, and kicked off our shoes for a private tour of the new Galeon yacht provided by Marine Max of Charleston.
